Our purpose is to expose some of the harsh realities which continue everyday. We share our stories of abuse to create a better understanding of the pain caused and to create an outlet for any of you who have not yet been able to tell. We are not here to judge, but to heal.
By putting our stories on the internet, one of the most widely known mediums in the world, we open up a trust while also exposing true ignorance.
These are true stories. We are able to tell these stories because it is part of the healing process. It also comes from accepting our situations for what they are; unfortunate incidents which were not our faults.
We hope that this page and our stories have helped. We also ask that you help increase other people's awareness by sending the url to this page to some of your friends. Who knows, they may have a story to tell as well. Maybe a story you never knew that can bring you closer together.
